Local tools

Friday, January 27 2012

During one full day, participants in this workshop will learn about how Appreciative Inquiry (or 'AI' - an exciting strengths-based methodology) can be applied to improve workplace relationships. In particular, we will share how to implement AI performance reviews, which can help change this experience into one that is more motivating and effective for both parties, while building the relationship between employer and employee. We will also touch upon dealing with conflict and building successful teams through an AI lens. All levels of familiarity with AI are welcome, as we will learn about the concept more through its application than through direct discussion.
